No contracts. All plans are month-to-month. Cancel anytime with no penalties.

All plans include agent/device monitoring, stale device and license clean up, alert optimisation, monthly reporting, and email-based support. You’ll also get expert insights to help reduce toner waste and increase profitability.

Not by default. To avoid abuse, new agent installations at fresh customer sites are billed separately. Reinstalls or issues with existing agents are flagged and you are notified with guidance to resolve. We can also be instructed to investigate for an additional fee.
